2008 – 2009 – 2010：21 世纪的第一个传奇三部曲

尽管 2010 年的气温稍低，但这个阳光充沛的年份还是让人联想起了 2009 年的天气条件。2010 年的葡萄酒既表现出了 2008 年的古典大气，同时又多了一份 2005 年的强劲力量。

也是在这一年，酒庄新增的锥形双层恒温酿酒桶使分地块的葡萄酿造以及在酒精发酵前的低温冷浸成为了可能。成果是立竿见影的：馥郁的果香和高品质的单宁都向我们证明了酿酒设备和工艺的更新是一明智之举。赤霞珠的纯净果香在这个年份得到了完美的展现。

2010 年份拥有深沉的石榴红色酒裙，并带有介乎于朱红和宝石红之间的鲜亮光泽，这显示葡萄酒正处于非常好的陈年发展阶段。

葡萄酒香气丰富且复杂，散发出强烈的如李子和黑加仑子的黑果香，并伴随着辛料和雪松的芳泽。

口感浓厚有力，单宁极具质感的同时又非常细腻。李子、辛料和雪松的香味混合在一起，构建出持久的余韵。最后那一丝甘草的清香又为这个强劲又精致的年份带来了完美的平衡。
